Hi, I'm Alina — a classical pianist, educator, and founder of ArteVia.

A decade in the music industry, on stage, backstage, and behind the desk, has given me a comprehensive perspective on how the arts work.

I understand how much creative work sits behind a performance, and how quickly the practical side can take over when you're trying to do everything yourself.

Operations is care. The best work comes from people who trust and support each other, just like an ensemble. My role is to create the structure, keep things moving, notice what might otherwise be missed, and make sure the people behind the work have the support they need.

My vision is to bring that sense of human support to the arts industry. Not the usual project manager who tracks the plan, but an operations partner who cares how it turns out.

ArteVia comes from the Latin: a path made through art. It was mine, and I'd like it to be one for other people too.
